Midas Pattern Company is a carbon-neutral manufacturing company, located in Bedford, UK. We specialise in the manufacture of large, polyurethane RIM moulded enclosures for development and low volume production runs, ideal for medical, laboratory, scientific and high-tech sectors.

Our clients range from start-ups to world-leading organisations, and we have the capability to help get your project from concept all the way through to full-scale manufacture.

We offer two unique rapid tooling systems:

FASTrim™ is our low-cost, prototype tooling solution.

We rapidly bring to life your concepts as polyurethane mouldings using UL 94 V0 certified materials.  You can expect parts from tooling in as little as 15-20 days, fully painted, branded and where required, assembled. Ideal for R&D development, marketing and beta trials through to compliance and fitment checks.

MRIM™ is our production, high-quality composite tooling system.

 This process allows you to invest in a long-term, low risk, low volume production solution.  Complex undercuts, collapsible coring and cast in threads and inserts are all possible on parts ranging from A3 through to 3m in size.
