LA Design - sketch concepts

As you know, since the outbreak of Corona Virus BIDA has sought to support design graduates by pulling together interested parties in a number of webinars. We also recognise that the school subject of Design Technology is the spawning ground for future creatives. 

DATA has been in touch with us and asked if members would be able to supply material (sketches/models of early ideas) – not anything finished but stuff that shows failed ideas, concepts that didn’t work but formed the basis of different thinking. In other the early stages which demonstrates that there’s always more than a single solution.

Scamps, doodles, quick card models and sketches would be very much appreciated so that ryan.ball@data.org.uk can create some posters to be circulated in schools. Its always been a maxim that we don’t need more designers but we do need a much more design aware public! It all starts in schools!
